License

You are granted a non-exclusive, one-time-use license to use products presented on this website.

Each product offered by our company can be used on a single website only for developing a project concerning either you or your client.

If you wish to use the same template another time (in order to create a new website or project) you must purchase it again.

Copying our products, modified or unmodified, on any medium (diskette, CD, website etc) for further redistribution or resale is prohibited.

All the concomitant products (images, logos etc) are also property of our company and can be used only as a part of your website you make using your template and in one project only. Separate usage is forbidden.

You are allowed to make modifications in purchased templates if needed but only in your or your client’s project.

It is not allowed to sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to any other individual or entity without prior written consent from our company.

Our production is provided "as is" without any warranty. Our company is not liable for any damages occurred when using our products.

Refund policy

We don’t issue any refunds, else exceptional cases. Refunds will only be given at the decision of the company management. Refund claims are received only in 10 days time after the delivery date.

Customization service

The following is applicable if you wish to use our customization service.

TemplateDogma.com is only responsible for accomplishing your project as it was arranged during the chat with our Customization Manager (project description).

If you wish any extra changes to be made you need to request extra quote, or else you agree to accept current result.

TemplateDogma.com has rights to cancel the order and refund in such cases:

• You did not give us all the necessary customization information;
• Our billing officers suspect the payment to be fraud.

TemplateDogma.com can set an extra price quote if you wish additional project changes to be made which were not specified before.

We do not guarantee tuning to be completed in the set time-frames if you don’t give us all the necessary customization information, give false contacts etc.

If our billing officers suspect the payment to be fraud we have rights to request authentication of the cardholder.

When download link is received by our client and project results are accepted, project is considered to be successfully accomplished and can not be revised or reviewed.

PIKES PEAK STUDIO has the right to change current Terms at any time with no prior notice.
