TemplateDogma.com sells non-tangible irrevocable goods, so we do not issue any refunds when the order is completed and the product is delivered.
Still, when exceptional cases take place, our company management considers them closely.
We take into account requests for refund on the following reasons:
- You haven’t received a delivery e-mail from us;
- You have troubles with downloading of the product.
Notwithstanding testing all our products before release, it can happen so that unexpected errors may occur (irretrievable defects or severe complexity with editing the product). This reason is to be submitted to our support's approval.

Requests for a refund are accepted at support@templatedogma.com within 10 days period after the order is placed. You should accompany such a request with detailed and valid reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please, make sure that your request does not contradict our Terms of use. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. A copy of the document will be sent to you immediately after the review of your refund request.
Please, admit that by mutual consent Exchange can be done in order to avoid a Refund. |
