Customization Refund Policy.
TemplateDogma exerts every effort in order to provide you with highly designed unique product of the best quality. However, it is still possible, that in some cases we review refund requests. Refund request can be applied when:
- Offered design and preliminary customization version was declined by the customer and he does not want to continue with new alterations
- Customization project is delayed and is not accomplished it the set time-frames because of our fault
- We receive a claim from our customer about poorness of the received product.
There is only one case in which refund request can be declined. It happens when the customer applies the refund request after he signs an acknowledgment of receipt.
Every customer has to sign an acknowledgement of receipt when the customization project is accomplished and delivered to him. |
How to order a custom product
After you’ve chosen a template to customize, you need to go to the Chat Room with our Customization Manager. There you will talk over the customization description, price and time-frames.
Here are the answers to the most important question of custom product ordering:
- When do I have to pay?
It is necessary to pay before our team starts working on tuning your template.
- What payment methods are available?
You are able to pay with your credit card using ChronoPay or if you wish to use alternative ways of payment you can do it through RoboXchange. We will start working immediately after we receive the money.
- How long does it take to make custom product and when will I receive it?
The product will be delivered to you according to the terms discussed with our customization manager.
- Is it possible to make changes to the customization description after you’ve started working?
Yes, it is possible. Contact your Customize Manager for further details. |
