Before signing up, please read our Affiliate Agreement carefully. You have to agree to following terms before you create an affiliate account. If you do not agree with these terms, you have no right to use our affiliate program. If you do not follow these terms, it may lead to a legal action.

Affiliate agreement

This agreement represents the only agreement between you and TemplateDogma. This agreement may be amended at any time without any prior notice.

Copyright

You have no ownership rights to any content, document or other materials presented on our web site. Content, design, graphics and other matters related to this website are under copyright. Copying and redistributing any of such materials, except as allowed below (in "Limited Right to Use") is strictly forbidden.

Limited rights to use

You are granted a non-exclusive limited license to use the products, which are sold through our web site by independent content providers in accordance with these terms. We provide affiliates with all necessary linking instructions, graphics, and facilities for sales tracking, as well as timely payment of commissions. Affiliates are not required to provide any customer support for our products or services.

• you are allowed to use our products to develop your or your client's project;
• you may make any modifications to our products as needed to fit your purposes it is prohibit to place our products (modified or unmodified) on a diskette, CD, web site or any other medium for redistribution or resale;
• you may not to sublicense, assign or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from TemplateDogma;
• you are not allowed to transfer rights to use our products or account login information;

Commissions

You will receive a fixed commission for each purchase made by each customer referred to our site by you. Commissions are calculated automatically right after the purchase is approved by our authorization department. Your earnings are displayed in your affiliate area and you can see them anytime. You earn 25% commission at all of our projects on gross sales for customers who purchase product using your affiliate link/interface. You get also 5% commission from each purchase done through 2-tier affiliates (those who joined our affiliate program through your affiliate link or web site).

Your commission WILL NOT be subtracted from your commission earnings, if TemplateDogma has to refund a customer purchase for which you received a commission. However, should we determine a purchase made by a customer referred by you is fraudulent, you will not receive commission for that purchase.

Payments

Commission payments are done using WMZ, MoneyBookers and wire transfer (commission at the expense of TemplateDogma).

Your money will be sent to you automatically by your chosen method of payment when your balance reaches or exceeds 50USD in 15 days after the end of the month.

If you wish to receive your money via wire transfer, your balance has to be not less than 800USD.
